Friendship. will you measure it with the longetivity of the time you spend together, or with the kind of time that you have together? Its just like the question, quantity or quality? id say quality. ive had this kind of friednship with a little girl. and when i say little, i mean LITTLE. :) jessica bianca v. reyes. met her in college. she’s one of the people you’d think you wont get a long with. on my perspective though, im more of the outgoing type. she looked like a homebody. as days pass, we got to know each other. we got to be fond of telling each other how we look, good or bad. honesty, we got to know a way around telling each other how we feel without ghurting the latter. we got to build a real friendship. no pretentions, no lies, no backstabbing. (atleast for the 2 of us. :D) our time together might be cut off, earlier than we planned. but the friendship, its life long. if eternity does exist, we’ll be friends even after that. we might not be “BFFs” as people may term it to be, but we know that our friendship with each other is valuable. more than it may seem. i may not breathe her air, nor see the magnificent things she does. in hearts, we cherish each moment we had. it may be over for now. when YOU get to come back, we’ll make more memories, more fights that we’ll both get over in less than an hour and definitely more laughs. we’ll stay in contact with each other even if were miles apart. busy-ness may be an obstacle, (and lost of internet connection. :D) but eventhough we dont get to talk or email that much than we used to, we both know that we’ll always be there for each other. i may not be a “text” away now, but i am an “email” away. you know that i’ll always love you, oceans apart and some kilometers away. i’ll always be your friend and i’ll treasure each and every experience we have, and WILL have, whether im with you or not, physically. i’ll always be there with you. sa mata. :)

i’ve always got fond of the saying “you’re friends will always tell you when you’re wrong, when they stop telling you you are, then that just means they dont care anymore.” (or something like that.. forgot. sorry. ) anyway, i think i’ve done a good job making my friends feel that i do care for them. i dont care if i hurt their feelings. as long as they know that they’re wrong. and that there are consequences to all of their actions, im good. i think this phrase mostly applies to yoou„ ANAKAT REYES. we’ve been through ups and downs, war of the worlds. but we end up being friends. despite of everything. fed up with telling you how fucked up your relationship is going to be (gusto ko talaga isingit to. hehe) and a lot more. we manage to save the ties we’ve build before your EXboyfriend came in the picture. i’ve always loved you. and i know that inspite of all the scolding, and fights, you know. that at the bottom of my cold heart all i want is the best for you. you just had to learn the hard way. and im proud of you that you got to surpass all the trials and heartaches that i was protecting you from. i guess i just did not trust you that you can handle those kind of hardships on your own. i always felt like i needed to protect all my friends. well, lesson learned for the both of us. right? anyhoooow. we both love each other. and now that you’re moving on a different country, faaaaar from me, i still get to worry. but the decisions you’ve made these past few days made me realize that you’re stronger than i think you are. stronger than YOU think you are. you’ve matured into a brave woman, and i feel like i’m your mom, letting you fly on your own, giving you the option to fly with a whole new flock. i know you’ll soar. and if ever your wings get broken, i’ll always be here. i might be a nurse and not a vet, but i’ll always know how to take care of my wounded friends. and i’ll always be here, cheering for you to success.
